By becoming a member of the Airport Management Council of Ontario (AMCO) you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of corporate information, including previously collected data.
We will use your corporate information for the purposes of communicating with you directly in order to tell you about other services and products offered by other members and AMCO.

The Airport Management Council of Ontario protects all membership and client information.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to insure that your information remains secure. We continually review our policies and practices and test our physical and electronic protection systems to ensure that your information remains secure with AMCO, with the exception of the publication of the Annual Member Directory.
We value you as a member of our organization and we know what privacy means to you. With this in mind, we would like to inform you of our policies for collecting, using, securing, and sharing membership information.
Our Privacy Policies
We do not sell customer information, in part or whole. We do not allow those who are conducting business on behalf of your company to have access to, or use our customer information for their own purposes, except the information published in the Annual Member Directory. We provide our prospective and former customers with the same protections as all current members.
Information We May Collect
We collect and use information we need to conduct our business, to advise you of other members products and services, and to provide you with the high level of customer service you have come to expect from us.
We may collect data using:
Information included in the applications for events, training, conferences, and membership through writing or by other means, including email and conversations in person or over the phone, by AMCO’s employees, Board of Directors, or contracted staff, when applicable; from transactions with us, such as payment, membership, and sponsorship history; and, from other sources including government agencies, other organizations, public domain, etc. either through conversation or through research.
Visiting Our Website
The Airport Management Council of Ontario (AMCO) website, located at www.amco.on.ca, uses “cookies” for the purpose of helping you access a site faster and more efficiently, and to assist AMCO in determining what information is viewed, and how often. The data gathered does not indicate the frequency of one particular computer visit to the website, but rather shows how many times a page is viewed by everyone. This allows us to help you effectively by removing irrelevant information and adding new important material. At no time is any corporate or personal information collected for AMCO’s purposes when viewing the site.
Should you wish to remove or disable “cookies”, you can do so through your web browser. This will however remove you from our statistical analysis to assist you effectively.
How We Use Your Information
We use customer information to create our policies, process your memberships, ensure proper billing, service your accounts, and provide you with service and products that suit your needs.
As a member of AMCO, past or present, we will not share your information or distribute it in any way without your consent, with the exception of the publication of the Annual Member Directory. At no time will we distribute your information without your knowledge and consent. The AMCO database will remain on AMCO’s staff computers. While reports may be prepared from the data so that AMCO can provide superior member services, at no time will copies of the database be created or provided, except for back-up purposes.
Your information may be shared among AMCO staff, its Board of Directors, and its contracted staff, when applicable.
