Who We Are

The World Green Aviation Council is a not-for-profit Environmental Organization that offers Fly-360-Green™ Accreditation to Airlines, Airports and Corporations for their sustainability efforts around the world.

Our Mission

To foster the international standard for sustainable aviation through cutting-edge technological advancements whilst also taking into consideration aviation's absolute emissions which are constantly on the rise despite various pro-environmental actions taken by stakeholders.

What We Do

We support the development of new Green Aviation Councils by providing them with the necessary tools and resources needed to flourish themselves as potential emerging leaders within their own borders.

Once established, we work alongside the various councils to further promote our shared common interests in the enhancement of sustainable aviation, and address global issues like climate change.

Through mutual collaboration between international bodies and raising the profile of the green aviation market, we work to ensure that green aviation is part of the solution to delivering absolute carbon emission reductions.

On an ongoing basis, our projects to further the green aviation agenda include:

World Green Aviation Week,
Fly-360-Green™ Certification Program,
Environmental Internships/Volunteer Opportunities,
Collaboration with International bodies such as IATA, ICAO and the Air Transport Action Group (ATAG)
